Newsletters are great. Whether it's from the Food Network, your favourite chef, or from a cooking club, they provide great recipes on a regular basis.

This morning I received a newsletter from A Taste Of Thai, a wonderful brand of Thai ingredients and meals, and the featured recipe was Curried Lamb Stir-Fry with Asparagus. Though I'm not a fan of traditional Indian-style curries, I do love Southeast Asian curries, and the red curry used in this recipe is no exception.
